Since this was my first time in a class, I was nervous about being able to do the exercises correctly.  Yael is an incredible instructor!  Patient, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely encouraging.  She will instruct according to your level of ability, but she does not hesitate to challenge you!  Pilates is fun and fulfilling, I always walked (barely with shaking legs) away feeling incredible and refreshed.
